((Indeed))
Erik smiled standing, heading out to his house, he had to work out what he would do next, right now azorius seems good, but he wanted to talk more to the shop keeper, he would do so tomorrow and see if he had a opinion on these matters

Re: Part I of Erik's Story - Dealing and Early Days
As the shadows become their longest, the street level was cast into early night.
You walk down Plate street, across its intersection with Canning Avenue and onto...
There was Splicet drive, and Matting Park
Where was Courier Lane?

Re: Part I of Erik's Story - Dealing and Early Days
Erik paused, knowing he was lost and simply retraced his stepped, his memory proved very useful as he came back to the barzar then from there ask some people the rest of the way back

Re: Part I of Erik's Story - Dealing and Early Days
Erik found a woman taking her washing of the line that hung across the street, she was leaning out a second story window.
He asked her for directions, and she laugh.
"You must have walked past Grants shop. he's one a them Izzet crazies.
His nephilim-darn haywire security system flipped you to the other side of the block. It's basically symmetrical, cent Courier and Ketch Park is east, and Splicet and Matting is west.
Just walk on the other side of the road, steer clear of bane alley, and you'll be fine. Hope you like Alvine."
She smiled, then withdrew into her abode.
You return follow those directions and land on your doorstep uneventfully.

Re: Part I of Erik's Story - Dealing and Early Days
Shortly after sitting or lying down, mind whirring with thought and potential plans, he was claimed by a deep sleep.
His dream was vivid, and made use of his newly awoken sense for white mana.
He saw marching soldiers.
A politician wearing an Azorius insignia.
Then a long hall of empty cages.
When dream brought him closer, however he noticed that one cage was not infect empty.
A brass-furred wolf that was thinned by hunger with its ribs almost visible through its fur was held in the arms of the elf thief. This time she wore thread bare prison clothes, and the tattoo on her face glinted brightly. The skin around it was irritated and red as if she had tried to scrub it off.
she turned to face Erik, and this time she spoke in the voice of the Azorius officer who had interviewed him.
"You have angered the Dimir."
She stood up and began rattling the cage of her cell. "Watch out for the Machinist. Do not trust golden blossoms. The master of ceremonies is- Ah!"
Her wolf companion pounced on her.
The dream shifted.
The Master of Ceremonies appeared to be shaking hands with the helmeted Boros who had commanded the Phalanx. The Boros captain drew a white glowing dagger and cut his own wrist ; Coffee spilled from his wrist Into the white glass the MC had drunk from. "You did good kid..."
The Boros captain collapsed and The Master of Ceremonies passed it to Eric's father, whose arms were bound by purple light...
Erik awoke. It was morning.

Erik blinked, scared of his dreams, he wondered what they meant, Erik got up and started to get something ready to eat, he had angered the dimir but why? Did the shop keeper have something important, he decided to visit them and ask about what was in that chest, it could be important

Erik smiled and shaked his hand warmly "It is nice to meet you, I am just wondering, is there anything important that was in that chest? Or was it just money and such?" He asked, making it out to be just curiosity but waited to see his reaction

Kamish frowned and scratched his balding head, muttering to himself for a moment. "Just Zinos mostly, and a little spiky pewter statue. An urchin traded it for a bit of ham.
Either he was too dumb to sell it to Imrich down the road, or E' stole it from there, cause its easier than cutting a yerself a piece of meat hot enough to blister, without one of these." He gestured to a cleaver, its handle was worn into the shape of Kamish's grip, but the blade was stainless and impeccably sharp.
"Anyway, the poor kids bones were plain as the nose on my face." He indicated the rather prominent part of his visage.
He offered Erik piece of unfamiliar meat; It wasn't quite fowl or red.

Erik smiled and took the meat happily "How much?" He asked as he had something to eat, he looked at the shop keeper, trying to tell if he was lying in anyway, if he wasn't he would take a look at it ((Can I make a roll to see if he is trying to hide or lie? And how well know are the dimir?))

Kamish reveals his wooden chest to you, it contains roughly 6 Zinos divided into expenses and profit.
The coins are mostly Azorius, Selesnya and Simic mint.
He tilts the box, and coins shift revealing the dark green statue.

Re: Part I of Erik's Story - Dealing and Early Days
Erik looked at the statue with a blink, touching it, he recognised the dimir symbol, this was what the girl was after, he tried to look and see if he could sense any magic with it, if he could see what it was made for, he also looked at him "Can I buy this statue?" He asked lifting it up

You examine the statue for magic, but if it contains blue or black mana, you are blind to it*.
The metal is slightly worn, and one of its spikes is blunt. The dimir symbol on it is slightly worn. Its old, or well used. Turning it over in your fingers, you suspect it isn't pewter, or if it is, it contains metals that aren't on earth.
The man nods, then counts with his fingers. "You can have it for 35 Zibs." He says finally, glancing in the direction of an approaching customer.
((*Going for a swim might help. Or walking through a swamp. You still have 4 mana-senses to awaken, assuming you are able to awaken them all. Possibly never red, green or black. Probably blue.))

He nodded and handed him the money, leaving him alone for now, for now he would want to wonder around and just wanted to explore
